Application stage

Joining the Batch Zero tester list is free. It does not create an order, reserve a unit, collect payment details or require shipping.

Singapore Round 01 scope

The current public application is for eligible Singapore residential addresses only. Eligibility is reviewed before selection; applying does not guarantee selection.

Published round information

For Singapore Round 01, the CleanCore One reference price is S$369. Selected testers receive a S$369 tester credit for one eligible unit. Published shipping is S$18, so the expected checkout total is S$18 for an eligible one-unit claim. Shopify Checkout shows the final total before an order is completed.

Dispatch and delivery

Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days after order confirmation. Timing may vary for address checks, stock handling, carrier disruption or other circumstances outside our control. Tracking or status updates are sent when available.

Address checks and support

Use a complete, accurate Singapore residential address when requested. We do not offer delivery outside Singapore for this round. If your address changes, contact hello@batchzerotry.com before fulfilment. We usually reply within two business days.

Delivery problems

For a completed tester delivery, contact hello@batchzerotry.com with the order number and a short description of the issue. Do not send payment-card information by email.
