How a Batch Zero tester round works
Applying is free. Singapore Round 01 is currently collecting applications; we review each eligible application and aim to email every outcome within 7 days of email confirmation.

Apply
Read the product facts, eligibility and feedback expectation, then submit a free application. Singapore Round 01 is for eligible delivery addresses in Singapore only.

Confirm email
Open the confirmation email from hello@batchzerotry.com so we know we can contact you about this application.

Manual review
Applications are not capped. We review product fit and delivery eligibility, then select up to 100 testers who complete a selected claim. Applying does not reserve a unit.

Receive an outcome
We aim to email every outcome from hello@batchzerotry.com within 7 days of email confirmation. If selected, use the official email button so the tester credit is applied before you review Checkout. The email and private claim page also show a fallback code.

Feedback after delivery
If a tester round proceeds to delivery, we ask for a short, honest feedback form. Specific criticism and limitations are welcome.

Keep your details current
If your Singapore delivery address changes, contact support before any later delivery step. Shopify Checkout must accept the final address before payment.
Applying is free and selection is not guaranteed. Singapore Round 01 publishes a S$369 reference price, a conditional −S$369 selected tester credit and S$18 Singapore shipping. The selected-email button applies the credit; always confirm it appears in Shopify Checkout before payment. No offer is applied at application.
