Terms of Service

These terms describe the general rules for using Batch Zero and joining the tester program. Product-specific eligibility, delivery, fees, feedback tasks, and claim terms are published separately for each active round.

Applications

Joining the tester list is free. An application does not create an order, does not guarantee selection, and does not require payment.

Selection and claims

Selected applicants may receive a separate email link to a private claim page. Any available product, discount, shipping charge, tax, duty information, quantity limit, and deadline will be shown before checkout. Shopify Checkout displays the final total before payment.

Payments

Any payment made through an active claim is a one-time checkout payment. Batch Zero does not create a subscription or recurring charge through the tester application or claim process.

Eligibility and availability

Rounds may be limited by country, age, inventory, delivery coverage, or other published criteria. Applications may be accepted for future consideration even when no current round is open. We may decline or cancel a claim when published eligibility or quantity rules are not met.

Product information and feedback

Product information is based on materials available for the relevant round and may be updated before launch. Feedback tasks and any permission to share submitted content will be explained before collection. Honest feedback is expected; positive feedback is never required.

Changes and applicable rights

These general terms may be updated as the program, operator, or target markets change. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
